• Or chosen storage system

Comply X does not host, access, or monitor your files.

If your subscription stops:

Your documents remain.

Access to structural updates stops.

If you require:

• Tax advice
• Accounting services
• Regulatory representation

You must consult a qualified South African professional.

Comply X does not replace professional advisors.

Limitation of Role

Comply X provides structured documentation frameworks only.

It does not:

• Act on your behalf
• Represent you
• Submit documents for you
• Enforce compliance
• Conduct audits

It installs infrastructure.

You operate it.

Acceptance of Use

By using Comply X, you acknowledge:

• You understand its limited role
• You remain fully responsible for compliance
• You accept that it is a structural system, not advisory services

Protection of Personal Information (POPIA)

Comply X does not host, store, or process your organisational documents inside the Vault.

All operational records remain on your own storage environment.

Where Comply X collects limited personal information (such as account registration details, payment information, or access credentials), that information is processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa.

Comply X:

• Processes only information necessary for account administration
• Does not access your internal organisational records
• Does not monitor your stored compliance documents
• Does not act as an information officer for your organisation

You remain responsible for:

• Ensuring your own compliance with POPIA
• Managing personal information within your organisation
• Securing your own storage systems

Comply X installs structure.
Data governance remains your responsibility.

Subscription & Payment Terms

Comply X operates on an access-based subscription model.

Payment grants:

• Access to Vault installation pages
• Access to structural updates
• Access to updated frameworks and templates

Payment does not transfer ownership of the system architecture.

If your subscription lapses:

• Your installed documents remain on your storage
• Access to updates, revisions, and new releases stops
• Alignment with evolving compliance expectations may weaken over time

Comply X does not automatically monitor subscription expiry.

Continued alignment requires active access.

All payments are for system access only.

No advisory, representation, or operational services are included.

Intellectual Property

All Comply X frameworks, structures, templates, architecture models, naming systems, and compliance logic are the intellectual property of Comply X.

Access grants a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the system within your own organisation.

You may not:

• Resell the system
• Replicate the system for commercial distribution
• Rebrand or redistribute the framework
• Reverse engineer the architecture for resale

Documents created using the system for your organisation remain yours.

The system structure remains Comply X property.
