You are now entering the Control layer

Security Industry : Control Layer

Your access to the Comply X Vault Control layer has been confirmed.

This layer builds on your existing Security Record system and installs active control over guards, sites, incidents, equipment, and compliance risks

What has been activated

You now have access to the Security Control system.

This system ensures that security operations are not only recorded, but actively monitored and managed.

• Guard attendance and shift control logs

• Site supervision and patrol registers

• Incident and escalation tracking sheets

• Equipment and asset control logs

The Control layer assumes your Record layer is already installed.

If guard details, site assignments, or equipment registers are incomplete, control cannot function properly.

Complete the Record layer before relying on Control.

Before you continue

Step 1 : Create the Control folder

Inside your existing Vault folder, create a new sub-folder named:

02_Control

This folder will hold all operational control logs.

Step 2 : Download your Security Control pack

Download the Security Control pack using the button below.

This installation pack includes:

• control logs

• inspection checklists

• incident registers

• operational monitoring tools

• control management structures

This layer helps manage routine control activity and operational oversight.

One-time infrastructure installation.

Your Vault remains yours permanently.

Vault Maintenance access can be activated later for ongoing control updates and operational refinements.

Step 3 : Install the Control tools

Extract the downloaded files.

Move all Control documents into:

ComplyX_Security_Vault / 02_Control

Do not mix Control files with Records.

Each layer must remain separate.

How the Control layer works

Control is about supervision and traceability.

Guards are logged per shift.

Patrols are recorded.

Incidents are documented immediately.

Equipment movement is tracked.

If it is not logged, it is treated as unmanaged.

Security businesses operate in high-risk environments.

When theft, damage, injury, or disputes occur, clients and authorities expect structured proof of how the situation was controlled.

Incidents, escalations and liability

Keeping the Control layer active

Active Vault access helps your Control layer remain aligned with inspection expectations, operational routines, and structured control management.

This includes:

• updated control registers

• updated inspection tools

• updated checklists

• improved monitoring structures

• ongoing operational refinements

Your Vault remains yours.

Comply X maintains the operational structure behind it.

If access stops, your existing controls remain yours, but future updates and refinements stop.

Month-to-month active access for ongoing Control layer updates and operational improvements.

Monthly Vault Maintenance

Annual Vault Maintenance

Twelve months of uninterrupted Control layer maintenance and operational alignment.

Preparing for the Audit layer

The Control layer creates the evidence, used by the Audit layer.

Without Control, Audit readiness is not possible.

Remember

Records show existence.

Control shows supervision.

Audit shows proof.

In security operations, uncontrolled activity becomes liability.
