You now have access to the Property Control system.
This system ensures that records are not just stored, but actively managed and updated as events happen.

The Control layer assumes that your Record layer is already in place.
If lease agreements, tenant records, or property details are missing, controls cannot be applied correctly.
Complete the Record layer before relying on Control.
Before you continue
Step 1 : Create the Control folder
Inside your existing Vault folder, create a new sub-folder named:
02_Control
This folder will hold all active control logs and tracking tools.
Step 2 : Download your Property Control pack
Download the Property Control pack using the button below.
This pack contains:
• control logs
• incident registers
• inspection and review checklists
• operational monitoring tools
• control management structures
Install this pack into your Property Vault before continuing.
One-time installation purchase.
Your Vault remains yours permanently.
Vault Maintenance access can be activated separately at any time.
Step 3 : Install the Control tools
Extract the downloaded files.
Move all Control documents into:
ComplyX_Property_Vault / 02_Control
Do not mix Control files with Records.
Each layer must remain separate.
How the Control layer works
Control is about visibility and routine.
Payments are tracked monthly.
Maintenance is logged immediately.
Inspections are recorded properly.
If it is not logged, it did not happen.
Property businesses are judged on how disputes are handled.
When rental disputes, damage claims, or inspection issues arise, you must show how the matter was managed.
