Before you continue
Step 1 : Create the Audit folder
Inside your existing Vault folder, create a new sub-folder named:
03_Audit
This folder will hold all audit and submission proof.
Step 2 : Download your NPO Audit pack
Download the NPO & NGO Audit pack using the link below.
This pack contains:
• audit review tools
• verification structures
• audit checklists
• evidence tracking systems
• operational review registers
This is a once-off infrastructure installation.
Your Vault remains yours permanently.
Optional Vault Maintenance access can later be activated for ongoing updates, verification improvements, and audit alignment.
Step 3 : Install the Audit structure
Extract the downloaded files.
Move all Audit documents into:
ComplyX_NPO_Vault / 03_Audit
Do not duplicate original records or control logs here.
Audit references evidence, it does not replace it.

It organises your governance and financial evidence, so that it can be presented clearly and quickly.
If proof cannot be produced immediately, credibility is questioned.
