This onboarding installs the Record layer for logistics and transport businesses operating in South Africa..
What has been activated
You now have active access to the Logistics Record system.
This system defines:
• which records must exist
• how they must be organised
• how they must be presented when requested
Records are the starting point of control.
Comply X does not store your documents.
You will store all records on your own computer, Google Drive, OneDrive, or internal server.
The Vault provides the structure.
You keep control.
Important rule
Step 1 : Create your Vault folder
On your computer or cloud storage, create a main folder named exactly:
ComplyX_Logistics_Vault
This folder becomes your single place for compliance records.
Step 2 : Set up the Record structure
Inside your Vault folder, create the following sub-folder:
01_Records
All beauty and personal care records must live inside this folder.
Step 3 : Download your Logistics Record pack
Download the Logistics Record pack using the button below.
This installation pack contains:
• record templates
• mandatory registers
• the Vault Index
• filing and naming rules
• operational record structures
Install this pack first before activating Vault Maintenance access.
This is a once-off infrastructure installation.
Your Vault remains yours permanently after download.
Step 4 : Install the records
Extract the downloaded files.
Move all documents into:
ComplyX_Construction_Logistics 01_Records
Do not rename folders unless instructed.
The structure is part of the protection.
The Vault Index
The Vault Index shows which records exist and which are missing.
In logistics, missing records create delays, disputes, and liability.

When goods go missing, deliveries are delayed, or vehicles are inspected, records are requested immediately.

Keeping the Record layer active

If access stops, your existing records remain yours, but future updates and operational improvements stop.

Next steps
Once your Record layer is complete, you may later add:
