Before you continue
Step 1 : Create the Audit folder
Inside your existing Vault folder, create a new sub-folder named:
03_Audit
This folder will hold all audit and inspection proof.
Step 2 : Download your Logistics Audit pack
Download the Logistics Audit pack using the button below.
This installation pack contains:
• audit review templates
• verification checklists
• evidence review tools
• audit preparation structures
• operational audit systems
Install this pack first before activating Vault Maintenance access.
This is a once-off infrastructure installation.
Your Vault remains yours permanently after download.
Step 3 : Install the Audit structure
Extract the downloaded files.
Move all Audit documents into:
ComplyX_Logistics_Vault / 03_Audit
Do not move original records or logs into the Audit folder.
Audit references evidence, it does not duplicate it.
