You are now entering the Control layer

Cleaning Industry : Control Layer

Your access to the Comply X Vault Control layer has been confirmed.

This layer builds on your existing Cleaning Record system and installs active control over staff, sites, incidents, and service delivery.

What has been activated

You now have access to the Cleaning Control system.

This system ensures that records are not just stored, but actively managed and updated as work happens.

• Site and job control logs

• Staff attendance and supervision registers

• Incident and complaint tracking

• Routine service review checklists

The Control layer assumes that your Record layer is already in place.

If required records are missing, controls cannot be applied properly.

Finish the Record layer before relying on Control.

Before you continue

Step 1 : Create the Control folder

Inside your existing Vault folder, create a new sub-folder named:

02_Control

This folder will hold all active control logs and active registers.

Step 2 : Download your Cleaning Control pack

Download the Cleaning Control pack using the button below.

This pack contains:

• control logs

• inspection registers

• incident tracking tools

• monitoring checklists

• operational control structures

This installation pack activates your Cleaning Control layer.

One-time installation access.

Your Vault remains yours permanently.

Optional Vault Maintenance access can be activated later for updated control tools, inspections, and operational refinements.

Step 3 : Install the Control tools

Extract the downloaded files.

Move all Control documents into:

ComplyX_Cleaning_Vault / 02_Control

Do not mix Control files with Records.

Each layer must remain separate.

How the Control layer works

Control is about routine and consistency.

Attendance is logged daily.

Sites are reviewed regularly.

Incidents are recorded when they happen.

If it is not logged, it did not happen.

Sites, staff and incidents

Cleaning businesses are judged on reliability and response.

When something goes wrong, clients expect to see how it was handled, not just hear an explanation.

Keeping the Control layer active

Active Vault access helps your Control layer remain aligned with inspection expectations, operational routines, and structured control management.

This includes:

• updated control registers

• updated inspection tools

• updated checklists

• improved monitoring structures

• ongoing operational refinements

Your Vault remains yours.

Comply X maintains the operational structure behind it.

If access stops, your existing controls remain yours, but future updates and refinements stop.

Month-to-month active access for ongoing Control layer updates and operational improvements.

Monthly Vault Maintenance

Annual Vault Maintenance

Twelve months of uninterrupted Control layer maintenance and operational alignment.

Preparing for the Audit layer

The Control layer creates the evidence, used by the Audit layer.

Without Control, Audit readiness is not possible.

Remember

Records show what exists.

Control shows what is managed.

In cleaning, unmanaged issues cost contracts.
