Before you continue
Step 1 : Create the Audit folder
Inside your existing Vault folder, create a new sub-folder named:
03_Audit
This folder will hold all audit and inspection proof.
Step 2 : Download your Cleaning Audit pack
Download the Cleaning Audit pack using the button below.
This pack contains:
• audit review tools
• evidence verification structures
• compliance review templates
• audit preparation tools
• operational review systems
This installation pack activates your Cleaning Audit layer.
One-time installation access.
Your Vault remains yours permanently.
Optional Vault Maintenance access can be activated later for updated control tools, inspections, and operational refinements.
Step 3 : Install the Audit structure
Extract the downloaded files.
Move all Audit documents into:
ComplyX_Cleaning_Vault / 03_Audit
Do not move original records or logs into the Audit folder.
Audit references evidence, it does not duplicate it.
