Business & Tenders Record System

You are entering the Comply X Vault for the Businesses operating in South Africa.

This system installs the Record layer required for companies, SMEs, contractors, and service providers participating in tenders, supplier registrations, and institutional applications.

Records are the foundation of credibility.

What this access gives you

This access installs the Businesses & Tenders Record layer inside the Comply X Vault.

It defines which business documents must exist, how they must be organised, and how they must be presented when requested.

• Company registration and statutory records

• Director and shareholder documentation

• Tax and compliance certificate structures

• Tender submission document index

• Supplier onboarding document layouts

• A Vault Index to track completeness

This system does not write tenders for you.

It does not manage submissions.

It does not provide legal advice.

It creates structured proof that your business is properly documented.

What this does not include

Why records matter in business and tenders

Tenders and supplier applications are document-driven.

Before capability is assessed, documentation is reviewed.

If required documents are missing, applications are rejected.

Maintain access to the Record Vault

The Record Vault helps your business organise and protect operational records properly.

Inside the onboarding page, you will be able to:

• download your once-off installation pack

• activate monthly Vault Maintenance access

• activate annual Vault Maintenance access

Vault Maintenance helps keep your records aligned with operational expectations.

Choose how you want to continue.
