This layer builds on your existing Business Record system and installs active control over renewals, deadlines, statutory compliance, and tender risk.
What has been activated
You now have access to the Businesses & Tenders Control system.
This system ensures that your documents are not only stored, but actively monitored and updated.

• Risk and exposure control logs
The Control layer depends on your Record layer.
If registration documents, tax records, or compliance certificates are incomplete, control cannot function correctly.
Complete the Record layer before relying on Control.
Before you continue
Step 1 : Create the Control folder
Inside your existing Vault folder, create a new sub-folder named:
02_Control
This folder will hold all monitoring and tracking tools.
Step 2 : Download your Business Control pack
Download the Business Control installation pack using the button below.
This installation pack contains:
• control logs
• inspection registers
• operational checklists
• incident structures
• monitoring tools
• control procedures
This is the operational management infrastructure for your Business Control layer.
One-time infrastructure installation.
Your Vault remains yours permanently.
Step 3 : Install the Control tools
Extract the downloaded files.
Move all Control documents into:
ComplyX_Business_Vault / 02_Control
Do not mix Control files with Records.
Each layer must remain separate.
How the Control layer works
Control is about consistency and timing.
Expiry dates are tracked.
Renewals are logged.
Tender submissions are recorded.
Deadlines are monitored.
If it is not tracked, it is assumed unmanaged.
In tenders and supplier onboarding, expired certificates and missed deadlines lead to automatic rejection.
