Before you continue
Step 1 : Create the Audit folder
Inside your existing Vault folder, create a new sub-folder named:
03_Audit
This folder will hold all audit and inspection proof.
Step 2 : Download your Beauty Audit pack
Download the Beauty Audit pack using the link below.
This pack contains:
• audit review tools
• verification checklists
• evidence structures
• gap identification tools
• audit preparation systems
This installation pack helps prepare your Beauty Vault for operational reviews and verification.
One-time installation access.
Your Vault remains yours permanently.
Vault Maintenance access can be activated later for ongoing audit updates and operational improvements.
Step 3 : Install the Audit structure
Extract the downloaded files.
Move all Audit documents into:
ComplyX_Beauty_Vault / 03_Audit
Do not move original records or logs into the Audit folder.
Audit references evidence, it does not duplicate it.
